How can I experience that I need to be hired for jobs that I want?
I just finished college with a degree in English, minor in writing. My specialty is technical writing (eg instruction manuals). However, when I'm looking for an employer everyone is hiring technical writers want one year of experience at least 2. How am I supposed to do the necessary experience?
Has internships? You can use this as an experience. I believe that school work may be substituted for work experience. Keep the application – in a moment we need an organization of the experience of more than 2 years.
