How to make Windows Vista Display in China?
my uncle just bought a laptop that has Windows Vista Home Premium (English) and wife wants to start learning how to use the computer, but she knows very little English. Is there a way, software or configuration to make Windows Chinese show along with English, or even just to China? such as "Home" or the "file", etc. .. I saw some teams XP Pro, with this ability and some software as the star of New Jersey, but the protagonist, NJ shows only Chinese on websites.
